3D Art To Part modeling contest rules and regulations.

How to Enter:
1. Go to http://www.3DArtToPart.com/ContestEntry.php and upload a
rendered 3/4 view image of your file along with a valid return e-mail address.
2. You must have satisfied all copyright issues and own or have the right to print (including physical models), publish or reproduce files (images, 3D meshes, etc.) that you send to 3D Art to Part.
3. You may enter as many models as you wish.
4. Entries must be on the specific topic stated for the given contest and deemed appropriate for that contest.
5. 3D Art to Part has the right to reject any entry for any reason.
6. The winner must be able to send the 3D mesh file of their entry to Sales@3DArtToPart.com within seven days of notification.

Note: 3D Art to Part will use the 3D file of the winning entry to create one plaster model. After the plaster model has been created the 3D file will be deleted. We respect all copyright laws and at no time will we claim ownership of your work. We do reserve the right to capture digital images of the winning plaster model, along with the entry image, for use on our website and in future promotions.

Eligibility:
1. Judges and employees of 3D Art to Part and their families are not eligible to submit entries or provide assistance to any participant in the contest in anyway.
2. Contest is open to international participants from the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States.


Winner:
Only one winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be selected by the judges of the promotion, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. The potential winner will be notified by electronic mail. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. If the winner does not respond to the e-mail notification within 7days it will result in the forfeiture of the prize and a selection of a new winner.


Prize:
The winner will receive a maximum size of 10x8x8 inch custom plaster model of their entry
A value up to $200 (basic shipping included)
The winner is responsible for all import fees, tariffs and any additional fees related to shipping outside the U.S.A.

Regulations:
By entering, participants, (a) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges; (b) agree to release 3D Art to Part and their respective employees from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded and (c) consent to allow use of digital images of the winning entry, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion. In such event, the prize will be awarded by random drawing from among eligible entries received up to the date/time to the extent feasible.
